Veterinary And Animal Husbandry Services: Government of Manipur

(i) Photostat copies of Mark Sheet, Provisional Certificate of HSLC/Equivalent (Class-X) examination and Admit card for age proof duly attested by a Gazetted Officer shall be enclosed
(ii) Photostat copies of Mark Sheet, Provisional Certificate of COSHEM/CBSE (Class-XII) examination duly attested by a Gazetted Officer shall be enclosed.
(iii) Certificate of character from the Principal of the School last attended duly attested by a Gazetted Officer shall be enclosed.
(iv) Domicile/Residential Certificate from the Deputy Commissioner or an Officer authorized by D.C. of the District to which the candidate belongs shall be enclosed.
(v) In case of Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribes or OBC candidates, a certificate on that behalf from the District Magistrate or an Officer authorized by D.C. of the District to which the candidate belongs shall be enclosed.
(vi) Health/Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Medical Officer of the State/Central Government shall be enclosed.
(vii) Submission of Application fee Rs. 1,100/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred) only for General & OBC Candidates and Rs. 800/- (Rupees eight hundred) only for SC/ST/Person with Disabilities (PwD) Candidates.
(viii) In case, the candidate is working in any recognised College/Institute. He/she has to produce the acceptance of resignation from the College/Institute.
